It is a time when you can completely be yourself. Counselling can help you to gain an insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. It can also be a springboard to understanding those feelings or changing your behaviour.
Counselling is not about getting advice from an ‘expert’. It is solely about you, the client.
